Yayasan Malindo Worldwide was incepted in 2015. In 2017, it received Certified Public Company status after having received special approval from the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Co-Operation and Consumerism (KPDNKK). The said Ministry is now the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP).
Our foundation’s core objectives are inter-dependent and they are to protect the rich bio diversity of Malaysia, to derive its gifts of natural remedies to be used for the health betterment of poor Malaysians who have nowhere else to turn to. Our foundation also provides supplementing support such as free vehicle escort vehicles, hearses and ambulance to the destitutes.

The Foundation’s Board of Directors and its Working Group comprise of people from all walks of life. Although we come from diverse backgrounds, we share a common goal and that is to help our fellow Malaysians who are poor, desperately ill and without any viable avenue to turn to. Their circumstances are dire. We cannot look away. We must and will help restore their well-being and return them to the dignity they surely deserve.

Although YHBG Professor Dato’ Seri Dr. Reex Wong is a successful corporate figure, he prides himself as a humanitarian first before all else. Despite his successes as an investor and businessman, he has not forgotten his humble roots. He is constantly thinking of new and creative ways to help the poor and disenfranchised.
He has received numerous accolades for his contribution to the world business. But he is at his happiest when his efforts at the foundation come to a successful fruition. Among his varied business interests, Dato’ Seri controls a 150 branch strong health products franchise in Malaysia and in the region.

Dr. Mohd. Noor Head, Wound Healing Group Dr Mohd Noor is a former research scientist at the Forest Research Institute Malaysia (FRIM).
He has spent his entire career lifetime researching the medicinal and herbal properties of our rich fauna and flora. He is also an eminent figure in the research and beneficial to health uses of Agarwood. Over the years, Dr Noor has whittled down his research to arrive at his formulation of various herbal concoctions, among which, his natural spray has proven to be very efficacious at healing open wounds, lesions and bedsores. Instead of going full steam ahead to commercialise his products as many would, Dr Noor has chosen the altruistic path of availing, for free, his natural remedies for the benefit of the poor. From the few initial cases closest to him, Dr Noor now leads teams of volunteers and caregivers to go on daily house visits to care, tend to and monitor the progress of open wound sufferers.

Zainal wears quite a few hats..successfully. An engineer by training, he has worked on highway and commercial maintenance projects.
His spirit of activism culminates in him serving as a Technical Advisor for the Malaysian Muslim Consumers Association (Persatuan Pengguna Malaysia) and as Deputy Chairman of the Yayasan Pengguna Negara Malaysia (Negeri Sembilan Branch).

YBHG. Puan Datin Seri Roslizawati Is an experienced person in handling all administrations, activities and planning committees at YBHG.
Puan Datin Seri Roslizawati is a consummate organiser of organisations. She possesses an uncanny ability to see issues from a bird’s eye perspective. As Secretary General of the Pengguna Negara Malaysia (Negeri Sembilan) she is ideally placed to help shape its organisational needs and implementation. Datin Seri is also very hands on with orphanages, old people’s homes and natural disasters relief work.

He also dedicated as “The World Thinkers Panel on the Sustainable Future of Humankind on 2011. Cover’s character in Global Business Magazine (Vol 42/Vol 45/Vol 48/ Vol 51). He is the 10th Asia Pacific International Entrepreneur Excellence Award 2011 in Exellence Leadership on 2011. A lot of other achivements he has granted within 2010 till 2015.

Cliff has immense experience in construction spanning literally the entire A-Z gamut of the industry. From commercial buildings to apartments to tourism projects such as the blue ribbon Sepang Gold Cost Holiday Resort, Cliff has done it all.
- Cliff commenced his training and apprenticeship over the span of 8 years in the construction industry, acquiring skills & expertise in costings, construction process, supervision & construction management, property management & valuations, project financing, property sales & marketing, liaison and communication with consultants, banks, clients & purchasers.
- He continued and pursued his career & business ventures in construction and property development over the next 30 years in successfully participating and collaborating in several notable commercial, industrial, residential & tourism development projects such as – 160 Beach Resort Villas in Cherating; 35 Storey 250 Units of Apartments in Penang; 15 storey Resort Apartments in Port Dickson; Marina Beach Resort & Clubhouse in Melaka; 350 Affordable Apartment Units Development in Kuala Lumpur; and 15 other mixed development projects.
- Cliff has played a pivotal role in providing advice & guidance in the conceptual & design input in the mega Sepang Gold Coast Holiday Resort Development project, next to KLIA in Selangor which today is touted as one of the most successful resort development in the country.
